WHAT IS GLUCOSAMINE?
Glucosamine is a natural compound that is produced by the human body from various sugars and amino acids that form part of a balanced diet. It is found in healthy cartilage and particularly in the fluid around the joints.

Dosage
Take one Glucosamine tablet (purple blister pack) plus one Max capsule (red blister pack) a day with a glass of cold water. Suitable for ages 12+. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
