Seven Seas Breastfeeding is a postnatal pregnancy supplement that supports the healthy development of your baby's Brain and Vision with Omega-3 DHA¹. It is formulated with an advanced* form of Folic Acid, Iron, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Zinc, Vitamin D and Calcium to support you during breastfeeding²⁻⁶ and further expertly selected nutrients.
Vitamin B6 and Iron support your Energy Release², while Vitamin B12 and Folic Acid help reduce Tiredness and Fatigue⁵, and Calcium contributes to the maintenance of normal Bones³.
Take one tablet and one capsule per day with sufficient water, preferably with a meal.

*Compared to Folic Acid, L-methylfolate is a form of folate which is ready to be used directly by your body.
